Here is a list that describes what each mod does:


Aegis - Enhances Physical & Energy Resistance by +50, and boosts Poison, Cryo, and Fire Resistance by +20 for the wearer and teammates within a 50-foot radius [Power Armor].

Battle-Loader's - Provides a 15% chance to instantly reload when bashing enemies, increasing to a 75% chance when fully stacked. Applicable for both Regular and Power Armor.

Bruisers - Increases melee weapon damage by 5%, stacking up to a maximum of 25% when fully stacked. This applies to both Regular and Power Armor.

Bully's - When attacking outside of V.A.T.S., deal an additional 50% bonus weak-point damage with all weapons.

Choo-Choo's - Grants a 10% chance to inflict 500 damage and cause a "Bloody Mess" when sprinting into targets, with the chance increasing to 50% when fully stacked. Applicable for Power Armor.

Combo Breakers - When dealing damage, there's a 50% chance not to use AP, which is reduced to a 10% chance for automatic melee weapons.

Conductor's - Critical hits restore 5% of health and action points for both the player and teammates within a 50-foot radius. This applies to all weapons.

Electrician's - When reloading, emit a shock wave that stuns nearby targets for 3 seconds. This effect applies to ranged weapons.

Encircler's - Increases damage by 10% for each combat target around you, stacking up to a maximum of 50%. This applies to all weapons.

Fencer's - Increases melee damage by 12.5%, with an additional 12.5% boost for each nearby teammate, stacking up to a maximum of 50% on a full team. This applies to melee weapons.

Fracturer's - When crippling limbs, they explode, dealing up to 50 explosion damage to nearby targets. This applies to all weapons.

Icemen's - Applies Cryo on hit, slowing targets when dealing damage in V.A.T.S. This effect is specific to melee weapons.

Limit-Breaking - Each worn armor piece reduces the cost of critical hits by 10%, stacking up to a total of 50% reduction when fully equipped. This applies to both regular and power armor.

Miasma's - Upon being hit, a poisonous DoT (Damage over Time) cloud harms nearby targets for 10 seconds, with damage increasing per equipped piece. This applies to both regular and power armor.

Pin-Pointer's - Increases damage by 50% when targeting enemy appendages, such as arms and legs, with ranged weapons.

Polished - Weapon damage increases with better-equipped item condition, reaching up to +60% at 100% condition. This applies to all weapons.

Pounders - Grants a 1% damage buff for automatic and 10% damage buff for non-automatic melee hits, increasing with each consecutive hit on the same target, up to a maximum of 100%. This effect applies to melee weapons.

Propelling - Increases movement and sprint speed by 5%, stacking up to a maximum of 25% when fully equipped. This effect applies to power armor.

Reflective - Reflect 10% of the damage received from an enemy back to them, stacking up to a maximum of 50% when fully equipped. This effect applies to power armor.

Rejuvenator's - Gradually restores the wearer's and teammates' health and action points within a 50-foot radius. This effect applies to power armor.

Runner's - Reduces the sprinting action point cost by 20%, stacking up to a total reduction of 100% when fully equipped. This applies to both regular and power armor.

Sawbones - Health regenerates slowly at a rate of +1 health per second, increasing up to +5 health per second when fully equipped. This applies to both regular and power armor.

Scanner's - Reduces the action point cost of V.A.T.S. attacks by 5%, stacking up to a total reduction of 25% when fully equipped. This applies to power armor.
