Gatling Guns

This is a custom made digital asset for the private online game "Wasteland Adventures".

Invented by Dr. Richard Jordan Gatling in 1861 and patented in 1862, the Gatling gun, produced by Colt's Patent Firearms Manufacturing Company, served Union forces in the American Civil War. Due to its bulk, it functioned as both emplaced artillery and a mobile unit on a carriage. Used globally in various conflicts, it eventually gave way to more modern designs, paving the way for the revival of modern miniguns.
