Weapons:

Main-Prefix / 1st Legendary Effect

  • A: Assassin's +50% damage to Humans

  • AA: Anti-Armor Ignores 50% of your target's armor

  • ARI: Aristocrat's Damage increases for every 1000 caps you have up to 50%

  • BER: Berserker's Lower Damage Resistance increases damage up to 50%

  • B: Bloodied Damage increases up to 95% as health decreases

  • D: Double Legacy, no longer exists in the game

  • EXE: Executioner's +50% damage when your target is below 40% health

  • EXT: Exterminator's +50% damage to Mirelurks and bugs

  • F: Furious +5% Damage after each consecutive hit on the same target, up to +45%

  • GOU: Gourmand's Damage increases up to 24% as you fill your hunger and thirst meters

  • GS: Ghoul Slayer's +50% damage to ghouls

  • H: Hunter's +50% damage to animals

  • I: Instigating Double damage if target is full health

  • JUG: Juggernaut's Damage increases up to 25% as health increases

  • J: Junkie's +10% Damage per addiction, up to +50%

  • MED / ME: Medic's V.A.T.S. crits will heal you and your group

  • MS: Mutant Slayer's +50% damage to super mutants

  • M: Mutant's +5% Damage for each mutation, up to +25%

  • N: Nocturnal 50% increased damage at night

  • Q: Quad Quadruple ammo capacity

  • S: Stalker's If not in combat, +100% VATS accuracy at +50% AP cost

  • S: Suppressor's Reduce your target's damage output by 25% for 5s

  • TRO: Troubleshooter's +50% damage to robots

  • TS: Two Shot Shoots an additional projectile

  • V: Vampire's Restore 2% health over 2 seconds when you hit an enemy

  • Z: Zealot's +50% damage to Scorched

2nd Legendary Effect

  • 25 / FFR / 25FFR: 25% increased fire rate

  • 40P / PA: 40% more power attack damage (melee)

  • 50HC / 33 / HC: +50% VATS hit chance

  • 50 / 50V/ 50CRIT: +50% critical damage

  • 50B / Block: Reflect 50% of damage while blocking (melee)

  • 50L / LD: +50% limb damage

  • Aim / 25AIM: +25% more damage while aiming

  • AP: Replenish AP with each kill

  • Bash: Bash damage increased by 50%

  • E: Bullets explode and cause area damage

  • LS: The last shot in a magazine has a 25% chance to deal 2x damage

  • SS / 40SS: 40% faster swing speed (melee)

  • Still / 25D: +25% damage while standing still (melee)

3rd Legendary Effect

  • 1A: +1 Agility

  • 1E: +1 Endurance

  • 1P: +1 Perception

  • 15: 15% less damage while blocking (melee)

  • 15 / FR: 15% faster reload

  • 15C / 15FILL: Your VATS critical meter fills 15% faster

  • 25: 25% less VATS Action Point Cost

  • 250: +250 Damage Resistance while reloading

  • 40: Take 40% less damage while power attacking (melee)

  • 50 / DUR: Breaks 50% slower

  • 50DR: +50 Damage Resistance while aiming

  • 90 / 90WR: 90% Reduced Weight

  • MS / FMS: Faster movement speed while aiming

  • SF / Stealth / Ghost: Hits have a 10% chance to generate a Stealth Field for 2 seconds

Armors:

Main-Prefix / 1st Legendary Effect

  • ARI: Aristocrat's Grants up to +20 Energy Resistance and Damage Resistance, the higher your caps

  • AS: Auto Stim Automatically use a Stimpak when hit while health is 25% or less, once every 60 seconds

  • A: Assassin's -15% damage from Humans

  • B: Bolstering Grants up to +35 Energy Resistance and Damage Resistance, the lower your health

  • CH / CHAM: Chameleon Blend with the environment while sneaking and not moving

  • CL: Cloaking Being hit in melee generates a Stealth Field once per 30 seconds

  • EXT: Exterminator's -15% damage from Mirelurks and bugs

  • GS: Ghoul Slayer's -15% damage from ghouls

  • H: Hunter's -15% damage from animals

  • LS: Life Saving When incapacitated, gain a 50% chance to revive yourself with a Stimpak, once every minute

  • MS: Mutant Slayer's -15% damage from Super Mutants

  • M: Mutant's +10 Damage Resistance and Energy Resistance if you are mutated

  • N: Nocturnal Damage and Energy Resistance increase at night

  • OE: Overeater's Increases Damage Reduction up to 6% as you fill your hunger and thirst meters

  • R: Regenerating Slowly regenerate health while not in combat

  • TRO: Troubleshooter's -15% damage from robots

  • U / UNY: Unyielding Gain up to +3 to all stats (except END) when low health

  • V / VAN: Vanguard's Grants up to +35 Energy Resistance and Damage Resistance, the higher your health

  • W: Weightless Weighs 90% less and does not count as armor for the Chameleon mutation

  • Z: Zealot's -15% damage from Scorched

2nd Legendary Effect

  • 1S: +1 Strength

  • 1P: +1 Perception

  • 1E: +1 Endurance

  • 1C: +1 Charisma

  • 1I: +1 Intelligence

  • 1A: +1 Agility

  • 1L: +1 Luck

  • 7% ER / EXP: Receive 7% less explosion damage

  • AP: Increased action point refresh speed

  • DR: +25% Environmental Disease Resistance

  • 25R / RR: 25 Radiation Resistance

  • 25P / POI: 25 Poison Resistance

  • G: Hunger and Thirst grow 10% slower

  • F / FIRE: +25 Fire Resistance

  • CRYO: +25 Cryo Resistance

3rd Legendary Effect

  • AWR: Ammo weight reduced by 20%

  • WWR: Weapon weight reduced by 20%

  • FWR / FDCWR: Food, Drink, and Chem weights reduced by 20%

  • JWR: Junk weight reduction by 20%

  • Aqua: Grants the ability to breathe underwater

  • HTD / Sneak: Become harder to detect while sneaking

  • 50D: 50% more durability than normal

  • 15L: Receive 15% less limb damage

  • SENT: 75% chance to reduce damage by 15% while standing still

  • CAV: 75% chance to reduce damage by 15% while sprinting

  • 15B: Reduces damage while blocking by 15%

  • 50F: Falling damage reduced by 50%

  • SAFE: Increases the size of the sweet spot while picking locks

  • DOC: Stimpacks, RadAway, and Rad-X are 5% more effective

  • FIRE / BURN: 5% chance to deal 100 fire damage to melee attackers

  • ENERGY / ELEC: 5% chance to deal 100 energy damage to melee attackers

  • FROST / FRZ: 5% chance to deal 100 frost damage to melee attackers

  • POISON / TOX: 5% chance to deal 100 poison damage to melee attackers
